Well the number in bold is the question problem number, but I can help you on what I did for that subject. After I got he answer, the way the greater than or equal to sign is pointing in a certain direction. Follow that direction!

The number in bold is the number that you are on, it is not a solution. Take an example, “8.” It is not a solution, it is just the number on what you are on. Like perhaps you’re on number 1. However, it may be a solution if you place it with the variable. Take an example, “7.” 7p. The variable is p. P can be 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. However, it may be equal to, hence the line under the greater than or less than sign. I hope this helps!
