To find the angular velocity divide the revolutions by the time

so


(16)/(20)=0.8(rev)/(sec)

Remember that


1\ rev=2\pi \ rad

Convert rev/sec to rad/sec


0.8(rev)/(sec)=0.8*(2\pi)=1.6 \pi(rad)/(sec)

assume
\pi=3.1416


1.6(3.1416)=5.03(rad)/(sec)
