everybody needs a person, to whom one feel comfortable with while talking, sitting, discussing, enjoying, thinking etc. so, when the other does not comply with what we expect out them, then they become the man who is not required in the company anymore. however, specifically, the universal qualities like honesty, trust, faithfulness seems very grave in this globalized world, so a good man is hard to find these days.
