Answer:

Y=-4/7x-16 6/7

Explanation:

Y=kx+b

put two pointe in.

-19k+b=-6

-12k+b=-10

Subtract,

-19k+b+12k-b=-6-(-10)

-7k=4

k=-4/7

put k in any of one,

-12(-4/7)+b=-10

48/7+b=-10

6 6/7+b=-10

b=-10-6 6/7

b=-16 6/7

And the the slope is:

Y=-4/7x+(-16 6/7)

Y=-4/7x-16 6/7
