The answer is actually D. This is because the phenotype is really the trait that is determined by the alleles.

I believe it is B.

Remember that heterozygous refers to having two different alleles of a gene, and that dominant traits are represented by CAPITAL letters.

In this case, B is most likely correct. If not, than it has to be C.
