→Law of order has other name Commutative property.Commutative property does not go well with operation Division.

(x)/(y) \\eq (y)/(x)

→Law of grouping is also Known as Associative property.Three numbers a,b and c does not satisfy Associative property with respect to division. That is

(a÷b)÷c≠a÷(b÷c)

\rightarrow (a)/(b) * (1)/(c)\\eq a * (c)/(b)\\\\\rightarrow (a)/(bc)\\eq(ac)/(b)

→So,Both law of order and the law of grouping does not work with Operation division.
