EF = sqrt((-1 - - 5)^2 + (2 - 1)^2 = sqrt 37

FG = (2 - -7) = 9

GB = sqrt (-1 - - 5)^2 + (-7 --4)^2 = sqrt 25 = 5.

Slope of BE = (-5 - -5) = 0

Slope of EF = (-1--5) / (2-1) = 4

Slope of FG = (-1 - -1) = 0

Slope of GB = (-1- -5)/ (-7- -4) = -4/3

So the quadrilateral has one pair of opposite parallel sides, whereas the other 2 are not parallel. so it is a trapezium.
