What is the slope of the line passing through the points (4, -2) and (-5, 4)?

Alright to solve the problem

make the equation

y = mx + b

b = y - mx

(5,4) ---> x=5, y=4 and M=-4

b = 4 - (-4)(5) = 4 - (-20) = 4 + 20 = 24

The equation is y = -4x + 2/-3

So that would be the slope of the line.
