The correct answer is "A".

During the 18th century, Great Britain was going through a great demographic boom and citizens were starting to relocate near the great urban areas. In other words, contrary to what the option says, it was high population density which was a factor to the Industrial Revolution in Great Britain, as the emerging factories were in constant need of workforce.
