Factor the Polynomial by solving x^2 + bx + c = 0.

m^2 - mv - 56v^2

Factor by grouping.

(m−8v)(m+7v).

x^2 + bx + c = 0

x=\frac{-a+\sqrt{a^(2-4c) } }{2} , x=\frac{-a-\sqrt{a^(2-4c) } }{2}
