y = -9/2x +5

Explanation:

We know the slope and a point. We will use point slope form to write the equation

y-y1 = m(x-x1)

y--4 = -9/2 (x-2)

Distribute

y+4 = -9/2x +9

Subtract 4 from each side

y+4-4 = -9/2x +9-4

y = -9/2x +5

This is in slope intercept form (y=mx+b)
