Midpoint formula is given by

x =
(x_(1) +x_(2))/(2)

y =
(y_(1) +y_(2))/(2)

Here E = (2,-4)

so x1 = 2 and y1= -4

x = -6 and y = -2 are given

therefore using above mid point formula

-6 =
(2 +x_(2))/(2)

-6X2 = 2+x2

-12 = 2+x2

x2 = -12-2 = -14

Likewise

-2 =
(y_(1) +y_(2))/(2)

-2X2 = -4 +y2

-4 = -4 +y2

y2 = 0

therefore Coordinate for point F will be (-14,0)
