What is 4x+3 + 4x+3 + 2x ???

Can someone help me these are the dimensions of the isosceles triangle. You have to find the perimeter. I don’t understand the x part.

10x + 6 is the answer

The answer is 10x +6.

4x +4x +2x together is 10x then 3 +3 is 6 so that's how I got the answer
