Since the expression (3/4)*(1/2) represents a fraction of a circle, that also happens to be shaded, the diagram that shows the correct shading is the last diagram. This is you solve this:

(3/4)*(1/2)=3/8

if the circle has eight slices, only three will be shaded in

Answer: The diagram on the bottom right
