The numbers are 24 , 30 , 36 , 42

∵ The difference between each two terms is constant and = 6

∴ It is an arithmetic sequence its rule is;

Tn = a + (n - 1)d, where a is the first term and n is the position of the term and d is the constant difference

Tn = 24 + (n - 1)6

Ex; T2 = 24 + (2 -1)6 = 24 + 6 =30
