PART A

5-Number-Summary:

Town A: 3, 4.5, 6, 9, 20

--------------------------

Minimum: 3

Quartile Q1: 4.5

Median: 6

Quartile Q3: 9

Maximum: 20

Town B: 3, 4, 6, 8.5, 9

---------------------------

Minimum: 3

Quartile Q1: 4

Median: 6

Quartile Q3: 8.5

Maximum: 9

---------------------------------------------------------------

Interquartile Range:

(Median of each set)

6 (town A) - 6 (town B) = 0

PART B:

Are they symmetric?

No, I believe not, they don't align center in the same way, according to the pictures I've attached. The one with a short box is Town A, the bigger box is Town B.
