For this to be a rectangle each corner needs to have an angle of 90 degrees.

13x +34 + 10x +10 = 90

Simplify:

23x + 44 = 90

Subtract 44 from each side:

23x = 46

Divide both sides by 23:

x = 46 / 23

x = 2
