Did the Vietnam War and the Korean Wars have the same outcome? ​

No.

Note that the US followed the policy of Containment, which was used to stop the spread of communism to other countries. While the US failed in their policy for the Vietnam War (the North being able to take over the South), they were successful in the Koreas, which could be attributed to being a US & Coalition victory, for their main objective was completed (that of stopping the spread of Communism southward).

Please note that others may disagree and say that the Korean War was also a failure, but, in my opinion, if you complete your objectives, it is successful no matter what.
