In question #6 you learned that the process for amending the US Constitution is different from the process of amending the Ohio Constitution. In your opinion, is one process easier then another? Why or why not? Justify your answer.

The Ohio Constitution lays out a three-part government with legislative, executive, and judicial branches, similar to the US Constitution, but the Ohio Constitution has a stronger legislative branch compared to the executive. Another big difference in government structure is the way that the members of government are elected. The Ohio Constitution relies more on direct democracy, or people electing leaders directly, rather than electing the electors, like for the President.

I hope this helps!
