the answer is B. because the formula for slope is y=mx+b and m is the slope and b is the y-intercept so if you look at your equation you are able to classify the slope as -1/2 and the y- intercept as 3

Answer:

B

Explanation:

The equation of a line in slope- intercept form is

y = mx + c ( m is the slope and c the y- intercept )

y = -
(1)/(2) x + 3 is in this form

with slope m = -
(1)/(2) and y - intercept c = 3
