Note that 25 = 5^2 , 9 = 3^2 and 5*3*2 = 30 (the middle term). That suggested the above factorization,

Here is your answer

25a^2 - 30a + 9

= 25a^2 - 15a -15a + 9

= 5a (5a-3) -3 (5a-3)

= (5a-3)(5a-3)

= (5a-3)^2
