The efficiency is defined as the power which you get over the total power which you pay

`efficiency=(powerget)/(total power)*100`

`(75)/(100)=(power get)/(110)`

then

`power get = (110*75)/(100) =82.5 watts`

the wasted power = the total power - the power get

the wasted power =110 - 82.5 =27.5 watts
