Answer:

y-6 = 7(x-2) point slope form

y = 7x-8 slope intercept form

Explanation:

Since we know a point and a slope, we can use point slope form

y-y1 = m(x-x1)

y-6 = 7(x-2)

This is point slope form of the equation

If we want it in slope intercept form

Distribute the 7

y-6 = 7x-14

Add 6 to each side

y-6+6 = 7x-14+6

y = 7x-8
