Explanation:Step 1 simplify:I added the 2:3 together and got 5 and then divided the total value of 60 by the total value of 5 and I got 12 and in this case 12 is the simplified version of 60
Step 2 Finding Jacob: to find Jacob we simply multiply 12 times 3 and you get 36
