These three terms indicate the processes that occur during the life cycle of flowering plants. Pollination is the process during which pollen grains from the anther of the male flower (different flower of same plant) or anther of the male part of the same flower, goes towards the female flower and land on stigma leading to the fertilization of the male gamete with the female gamete.

The process of union of male and female gamete is called fertilization which leas to the development of embryo, and ultimately a seed which lands on a suitable place at a suitable time and give birth to a whole new plant.

When the seed lands on a suitable soil, the seed germinates to form a small plant and this small plant grows with the passage of time to form large tree given appropriate nutrients and conditions.
