Solution:

In This question we have given that

velocity of bus=
13(m)/(s) towards East

Velocity of Man=
0.7(m)/(s) Towards East

It means Both are moving in the same direction

Therefore velocity of man in the frame of reference of a stationary observer is given as=velocity of bus+velocity of man

=
13(m)/(s)+0.7(m)/(s)

=
13.7(m)/(s) towards east

Therefore, Therefore velocity of man in the frame of reference of a stationary observer is
13.7(m)/(s) Towards east
