737(4)/(5) cents

Explanation:

1 Gallon of Gas = 368.9 cents (Note: 9/10 = 0.9)

1/2 Gallon of gas =
$(368.9)/((1)/(2) )cents\\ =368.9 * 2\\= 737.8 cents$

or
