Cultural hybridization and Globalization.

Cultural hybridization is the blending of elements from diverse cultures, elements such as foods, languages, dressing, music etc. I, therefore, feel that without cultural hybridization, the world we are in would not be anywhere near as exciting and multicultural as it is today. Finding Chinese town in America, eating African food in Toronto, Listening to songs in languages that we don't understand, but still enjoys them, an Africa speaking French and still has his/ her own local dialect, an American eating with chopstick on the street of Newyork.

It's so interesting in our world today, that we find so many cultures influencing our food and cooking, this is only possible because of cultural hybridization and globalization. In countries like America, Canada, France, Brazil, Britain etc, there exist different cultures living within a couple of meters from each other.
