The n th term rule for an arithmetic progression is


T_(n) = a + (n - 1)d

where a is the first term and d the common difference

d = 11 - 4 = 7 , a = 4 and
T_(n) = 368, hence

4 + 7(n - 1) = 368

4 + 7n -7 = 368

7n - 3 = 368 ( add 3 to both sides )

7n = 371 ( divide both sides by 7 )

n = 53
