How would eating fruits, vegetables, and whole grains instead of processed high-fat foods most likely affect a person’s health? Also an explanation would be nice!!

I think the answer is B. The person would decrease the chances of having a stroke. Eating healthier foods would have a positive effect on the body. Eating processed, high-fat foods would increase the risk of a stroke, heart attack, high cholesterol, diabetes, and many other health issues.
