3d + 21 > 7d + 3

18 > 4d

d < 18/4

d < 9/2

d < 4.5

2.

36 - 2n < 1/3 * n + 15

36 - 15 < 2 1/3 * n

21 < 7/3 * n

21 * 3/7 < n

9 < n

n > 9
