To check if a circle can be circumscribed about a certain quadrilateral, the opposite angles in the quadrilateral have to add up to 180 degrees.

In your question, the opposite angles in the quadrilateral add up to:

85° + 80° = 165°

and 95° + 100° = 195°

Answer:

As you can see, neither 165° or 195° is 180°.

Therefore the answer is False

Additional Info:

Another word for a quadrilateral that can have a circle circumscribed about it is 'Cyclic'.

For example, some shapes are 'Cyclic quadrilaterals'

(which means it is a quadrilateral that can fit perfectly into a circle, with all edges touch the circumference)

I guess it would be true because 100+95+85+80 = 360, and there are 360 degrees in a circle.
