Answer:

f^-1 (x) = 1/5 x +2

Explanation:

To find the inverse exchange x and y and solve for y

y = 5x-10

Exchange x and y

x =5y-10

Solve for y

Add 10 to each side

x+10 = 5y-10+10

x+10 = 5y

Divide by 5

(x+10)/5 = 5y/5

(x+10)/5 = y

The inverse

f^-1 (x) = (x+10)/5

f^-1 (x) = 1/5 x +2
