The first amendment: the Freedom of Speech is a very amazing thing.

What are 2 limits?

  1. The federal government cannot abridge this right.
  2. Obscenity, defamation, fraud, incitement, true threats and speech integral to criminal conduct is not "covered" by the First Amendment.

(There are actually a few different interpretations about the First Amendment that can affect this answer.)

I hope that helps! :)
