Answer:

Option A (89%)

Explanation:

Given:

Total No of times coins tossed = 200

Tails came up = 178 times

To Find:

Probability = ?

Solution:

We are given with the total events Occurring and also we are given with the Now of sample spaces We are supposed to find the probability of it

Now According to given

Probability of an event
=(n(A))/(n(S))

Here n(A) = 178

n(s) = 200

Now putting in the values

Probability of an event
=(n(A))/(n(S))

=(178)/(200)

In Form Of Percentage we will multiply it with 100%

so it becomes

=(178)/(200)*100%

= 0.89 * 100%

= 89%

So Probability would be 89 %
