In Word ctrl+k are used to insert hyperlink. When we want to insert a hyperlink in document. we are commonly use some text word like "Click Here" and it create a hyperlink to write website address in hyperlink dialog box where you want to go the link. And atlast when the hyperlink was inserted than press ctrl key and click it through pointer. The link will reach you on entered address.
