What is the mass, in grams, of a liquid having a density of 1.50 g/ml and a volume of 3.50 liters

Given : Density of liquid is 1.50 g/ml

Volume of liquid is 3.50 liters

Solution :

Since 1 liter = 1000 ml

So, Volume of liquid is 3.50 liters = 3.5*1000 = 3500 ml.

Now
volume = (mass)/(density)


3500 = (mass)/(1.50 )


3500 * 1.50=mass


5250 g = mass

Hence , the mass of the liquid is 5250 g.
