Since you have a rectangle inscribed in the circle, you can find the diameter through Pythagorean Theorem.

So,
\sqrt{20^(2) +48^(2)}=52

Since the diameter is 52, the radius is 26. So, the area would be
26^(2) * \pi=676\pi
