There are 168 cookies. 14 times a dozen (12) is 168.

The ratio of cups of sugar to cookies is 7.5 to 168.

If you want to find the cups of sugar you need for 168, divide 7.5 and 168 by 168.

168/168=1

7.5/168 is about 0.04.

The cups of sugar you use for one cookie is 0.04.

(sorry for my horrible grammar lol)
