Answer:
Take f(x) to be 4x^3-5x^2-4x-4
Take g(x) to be 5x^2+x
Then proceed to do f(x)/g(x)
Perform synthetic or long division (which ever is your preferred method)
Your remainder will be whatever is left over at the end of the division and the quotient will be the first variables.
