The probability is 4/45

Explanation:

We know the chances of a blue marble is 4/10 so thats a first

The chances of a green marble WITHOUT the blue marble being put back is 2/9

So you multiply the two fractions

2/9*4/10

you’ll get 8/90 or simplified
