Explanation:

Multiply the constants together, and multiply the multiples of 10 together.

6*3 = 18

10^4 * 10^5 = 10^9

which gives you 18 * 10^9, but that isn't in scientific notation, because 18 isn't a number between 1 and 10

so you get 18 * 10 ^9

which is equal to 1.8*10^10
