3,703

Ok when it says it decreases by 8% each year this means that it’s 8% less each year or 92% of the previous year so 92% of 4,375 is 4,025 and then 92% of that is 3,703

Answer:

3675 Patients.

Explanation:

Find 8% of 4,375. ( 4,375 * 8 ÷ 100 = 350 )

Multiply it by two, because 2001 - 2003 is 2 years - 700

Subtract 700 from 4,375 to get 3,675.
