It was when I was camping with my family. I was very upset because I wanted to have a sleepover with my friends but instead, I was outside with my family and no technology! I just took a nap in my tent. When I woke up I went to find my little sister. I couldn't find her, I looked everywhere but still couldn't find her. Then I saw some footprints in the mud, it was my sister's little footprints! I followed the footprints and when I found her, she was paralyzed. I was not too close to her, but when I walked towards her she turned around and shouted "Stop!!" I was confused, I didn't know what was happening. When I took a closer look I saw a snake! I've always been told that when I see a snake I have to stay still. The snake was going towards my sister. I couldn't just stay still, I had to help my little sister I said to my self. I walked towards my sister slowly. Then I told my sister to get on my back so I can carry her. So I walked back slowly. At that moment I was so scared but I had to be brave for my sister. When I gave a small step, I almost tripped on a rock. The noise got the snake's attention. Before it could bite me with it's sharp teeth, my cat came out of nowhere, grabbed the snake, and finished it. Me and my sister looked at each other and cried. We hugged our cat and went back to our tent.
