False. You need to graphically turn the triangle and see if it matches. It’s a trick question, the legs don’t match. They switched the position of the 5 on each triangle and the legs are 100% not equal (30-60-90 triangle).

Note: if the question was changed to 45 degree angle (45-45-90) instead of the famous (30-60-90) then they would be congruent because both legs of each triangle would be 5. In other words the 45 degrees tells us the legs are equal on every triangle but the 30-60-90 triangle tells us 100% the legs must be different.
