the war impacted popular culture and entertainment because many forms of entertainment were politically skewed after the war. fear of communism is shown in film and even books by popular author dr.seuss. the media was ruled by WASPS (white anglo-saxon protestants.) not only this, but counter-culture began to rise as younger people of color and people from the LGBTQ+ community began to speak out
