When the point is (3,4) and slope=2


4 = 2 * 3 + c \\ 4 = 6 + c \\ \boxed{c = - 2}

Now, when the point is (x,11) and slope=2


11 = 2x - 2 \\ 2x = 13 \\ x =(13)/(2) \\ \boxed{x = 6.5 }

6.5 is the right answer.
