The simplest form is 27x^5.

How to answer:
Apply radical rule: sqrt(ab) = sqrt(a) * sqrt(b)

3sqrt(81) * sqrt(x^10)

sqrt(81) = 9

3 * 9 * sqrt(x^10)

Apply radical rule again: nsqrt(a^m) = a^m/n
sqrt(x^10) = x^10/2

3 * 9x^10/2

3 * 9x^5

Multiply:

27x^5
