This looks like the same question I answered before. I will be copying my answer.

C is the correct answer.

(x) = (x + 4)(x – 2)(3x – 2

x+4 = 0

x = -4

x-2 = 0

x = 2

3x - 2 = 0

3x = 2

x = 2/3
