im pretty sure its 37 because

8.5 x 2 = 17 10 x 2 = 20
then add
17 + 20 = 37 :)) hope this helps

(you multiply by 2 because on a sheet a paper there 4 sides on the paper and two for each number)

37 is your awnser :))
